1. For All Non-US Residents
If you are visiting our website or purchasing our products/services from outside of the United States or otherwise contacting us from outside of the United States, please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United Arab Emirates and United States. We use cloud-hosted services that reside in the United Arab using cloud services with data centers around the world.
By purchasing our products, or visiting our websites, you consent and understand that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.
2. You Will Not be Spammed by dashroad

a. Aggregated Statistics + Singular Information
Data we collect regarding our visitors may be shared with our sponsors, our partners and other third parties on an anonymous singular summary basis or an aggregate basis. Anonymous singular summary information is data that describes the interest profile and demographics data of visitors to the websites without specifically identifying the visitor.
Furthermore, we will on occasion aggregate driving data to create algorithms to provide better user experience for our customers. From racing track data to mapping algorithms, we will analyze group data to see if we can parse useful information for our customers.

6. We are Committed to Children’s Privacy
a. dashroad Does Not Seek To Collect From Children Under 13 Years Of Age
Dashroad takes children’s privacy seriously and we do not seek to collect individually identifiable information about children under 13 years of age. If Dashroad learns that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information through the websites, in contravention of these measures, dashroad will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from its databases and to not use such information for any purpose.

Because we track usage information through the use of cookies and other tracking mechanisms, your selection of the “Do Not Track” option provided by your device browser may not have any effect on our collection of cookie information for the purposes described herein.
